Airbag 001

SAFE - SURE - SECURE

Application

FIBCs-WINE BOXES in CONTAINER

The criteria governing the positioning of dunnage airbags inside a container is determined by a number of factors.
The first factor is the product to be shipped and its weight, method of packing and securement to the pallet.

The second is the space to be filled (void), this determines the width of the airbag to be used, as it is the width of the airbag that determines the expansion capability.

The third factor is the height of the pallet(s) this will determine the length of the airbag to be used.

The fourth factor is the method of transportation and destination.

The single trip one–way airbag has several specifically designed features where the specification not the quality of the bag could be changed in order to make an airbag that was more market receptive and could be looked on by the shipper / user as a cost effective efficient and disposable item.

This means that if the airbag is installed correctly, protected against sharp objects and is inflated to the correct pressure, filling the void effectively then it will cope easily with almost any weight of load that can be legally loaded into a container / truck or rail wagon.

Airbags offer cost effective security and are safe easy to use recyclable and ensure the safe sure arrival of transported products.
